DESIGN AND APPROVAL
Proofs are done electronically, and sent via email within 5-7 business days. Upon completion of the edits, I will send you the final files via email along with your final invoice. Clients are responsible for proof reading and if errors are caught after approval, invitations can be reprinted, but the costs associated with reprinting are the responsibility of the client.
After approval and payment, I will begin print production. Printing and assembly takes approximately 4-6 weeks.
Wedding stationery is shipped flat rate through the USPS or you can upgrade to UPS.
Accepted forms of payment includes Paypal or checks.
REFUNDS + CANCELLATIONS
Deposits cannot be refunded after the contract is signed. Deposits are for design services and cannot be returned. If you are unhappy with the invitations, I will do everything to make you happy, however, I am not responsible for errors approved by the client. In the event I made an error, I will take action the fastest way possible to remedy the situation.
Sales tax is applied to all orders shipped within the state of PA. The tax rate is 6%.
WHEN SHOULD WE SEND OUT SAVE THE DATES?
Save the dates should be mailed out at six to eight months prior to your wedding.
WHEN SHOULD WE SEND OUT OUR WEDDING INVITATIONS?
Traditionally, invitations go out six to eight weeks before the wedding—that gives guests plenty of time to clear their schedules and make travel arrangements if they don’t live in town. If it’s a destination wedding, give guests more time and send them out three months ahead of time.
WHEN SHOULD WE MAKE THE DEADLINE FOR RSVPS?
Make your RSVP date 4 weeks before your wedding date to allow enough time for you to get a final head count to the caterer and to finalize your seating chart.
